“And the day came when the risk to remain tight
in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
~ Anaïs Nin
Are You Searching for Relief, Healing and Connection?
Sometimes, our busy, competitive world can leave anyone feeling overwhelmed and alone. Like so many others, you might sense something lacking in your life, but wonder if greater fulfillment is even possible. You might even feel that stress and disaster are inevitable, while joy and peace are out of reach. And, especially if you’ve experienced trauma, you might struggle to trust that anyone could help you heal.
I understand what you’re going through. I also know that deep healing is possible. With help, you can let go of guilt, shame, self-blame and regret and start to practice authenticity, wholeness, belonging, and connection.
For many years I felt like other people got the ‘playbook’ on life and that somehow I had missed out on getting it. It was as if there was a glass wall separating me from the people who were living at ease, comfortable in their own skin; whereby, I on the other hand was trying to fake it, somehow alone and pretending that I ‘had it all together’. I was even pretty good at it. Does that sound familiar? If it does, I am here to tell you that there are practices and skills that we can learn to shatter that glass wall and step through the threshold of ease and WholeHeartedness. It doesn’t mean that hard things are no longer hard- because they are- but rather, we can live fully in the moment, building resilience that when hard things come at us, we have the tools and resources to rise again when we stumble. The reality is that belief of separateness is a myth, an internal gremlin feeding our head our shame-laden stories of not being good enough. It’s time to quiet those gremlins and live at ease in our skin, connected to those whom we love, who love us. It is possible. I know this, WholeHeartedly.
